Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reserve?

For event rentals, you can email, text, or call our event coordinator at support@lolitadessertclub.com or 305-454-0541.
  • We require a 50% deposit on the event. Once the deposit is paid, we are able to schedule a walkthrough if you have any more questions or need to see the space.

What is the difference between a Private Event and Picnic?

The main difference between private events and picnics is that Picnics are always outdoors in the covered picnic area, and events can be indoors or outdoors. Events are up to 120 guests, while picnics are up to 12.

How many people do we allow in Picnics?

We can host up to 12 guests at a picnic.

Is Tax and Tip Included for Picnics?

No. Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the base package price shown.

How does it work with food?

We do all food as a Pre-Order, and Buffet Style serving, where customers will help themselves from the buffet table.

How far ahead do I have to book?

You need to book at least 10 days in advance for private events, but you can book up to a year in advance!

What about private events outside? Can I close the bakery or restaurant?

We are able to do a buyout of Neverland Garden (all outside areas corresponding to us within the plaza) The cost of this is $6,500 for 4 hours and 100 guests.

What times do you have available?

We do private events after 4:00 PM on weekends. For weekday times, it depends on availability and season.

Why can’t I do my event earlier? I wanted to do Brunch.

All events come with a food credit from Neverland Coffee Bar. If you are looking to do just dessert events or bring catering from our approved caterers, you are able to do it earlier, but we do not recommend it to high foot traffic in the plaza which can affect parking availability.

Can I bring outside Food? Cake? Alcohol?

You are permitted to bring a cake. No other desserts are allowed to be brought from outside. No outside food is permitted to be from outside. We serve Beer, Wine, and Champagne. Champagne and wine is permitted, but with a $20/bottle cork fee. No hard liquor is permitted.

What about Decor? (Flowers, Balloons, Etc.)

  • We offer a variety of add-ons, such as:
    • DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Flowers, Balloons, Cake, Custom Desserts, Goody Bags, and More!
    • Let us know what you have in mind and we will create a personalized package for you!
  • For custom desserts and cakes please send us inspiration, colors, and photos so we can build a custom quote for you
  • DJ/ Photographers typically begin at $200-$250/Hour
  • Cakes typically Range in $150-$300
